Granted that ordinary people will not have any ability to change Treason Law in Canada. The Rulers of Canada would not change Treason Law to include themselves. But when people take control of Canada once again, this may be one of the first steps for bringing Justice for the people.. Government official who is accused of committing High Treasonagainst the population to justice before the people. 46 (1) Every one commits high treason who, in Canada, including Government officials HIGH TREASON includes Canadian Government Officials whether Elected or Appointed and those others who assisted in Destabilizing or altering of Canadian Traditions, Identity, or Culture without first obtaining the consent of the majority of the population at the time; (a) is Guilty of HIGH TREASON against the people and punishable using Canadian High Treason penalties as found within the Canadian Criminal Code for High Treason. Canadian High Treason Law shall include Canadian Government Officials. (a) HIGH TREASON shall include Canadian Government Officials whether Elected or Appointed and those others who are seeking collaboration with foreign powers in bringing about or altering or removal of long held Canadian Identity and Culture. (b) Attempting to harmonize Canadian Culture with Foreign Culture is High Treason. (c) High Treason is Retroactive that does not have a statute of limitations. (d) Government HIGH Treason is a “Capital Canadian Criminal Code Crime” on Canadian society. (e) Government HIGH Treason is not having the consent of the majority of Canadians at the time is was committed.Transitioning Into a Totalitarian Canadian Government
 REQUIRED;AMENDED Canadian Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46) For High Treason METHOD;Canadian High Treason 10% within each of 7 provinces of those people living in Canada who are eligible to vote and are Born in Canada and do not have citizenship within the country of their parents may participate in this democratic process and bring about a trial for High Treason against any Government Official whether elected or appointed. The independent jury of Nine (9) Canadian born, without citizenship within foreign country, Jurors will hear the evidence and decide based upon majority. Once a majority is reached at trial for High Treason, the question is added to the next election ballet for Canadians to decide with 50% plus one vote of people eligible and born in Canada. Once successful the Government Official is Jailed for life within medium security prison, fined with all wealth and asset removed. This law is intended to ensure the integrity of the Canadian democratic system. Those people who are born in Canada but continue to have citizenship within the country of their parents are not eligible to vote or participate in any way in this process due to perceived conflict which includes any person having the easy ability to move from Canada after a vote. Government Official Defined as Anyone Working for Government Whether Elected or Appointed. (a) any Government official who modify's or changes Canadian Culture outside the consent of the existing population at the time; is Guilty of High Treason against the people. (b) who operates outside the consent of the majority of the population; is Guilty of High Treason against the people. (c) any Government Official who evokes or assists in evoking The Emergencies Act or fails to remove The Emergencies Act without valid reasons for doing so; is Guilty of High Treason against the people. (d) To avoid any appearance of Judicial favoritism all matters are heard are before an independent jury of Nine (9) eligible Canadian born Jurors. 
Treason (2) Every one commits treason who, in Canada, (a) uses force or violence for the purpose of overthrowing the government of Canada or a province; (b) without lawful authority, communicates or makes available to an agent of a state other than Canada, military or scientific information or any sketch, plan, model, article, note or document of a military or scientific character that he knows or ought to know may be used by that state for a purpose prejudicial to the safety or defence of Canada; (c) conspires with any person to commit high treason or to do anything mentioned in paragraph (a); 
Canadian citizen (3) Notwithstanding subsection (1) or (2), a Canadian citizen or a person who owes allegiance to Her Majesty in right of Canada, (a) commits high treason if, while in or out of Canada, he does anything mentioned in subsection (1); or (b) commits treason if, while in or out of Canada, he does anything mentioned in subsection (2).
